Our Story.
The three of us met while working at a nonprofit think tank based in Seattle. We each started in entry level positions on the development team and worked our way up to VP and Director roles in the nonprofit industry. Over the years, our skills have been sharpened through various roles and different nonprofits.
As the three of us would come together, at an event, or over a glass of wine, we would discuss the obstacles we see and why groups are struggling to raise more money. We were able to build a robust program at a wonky policy think tank – doubling its revenue, number of donors and development team in a few years. But when interacting with other groups, it became clear that the robust development program we built at one organization was unique.
We want to help. We want to share what we have learned, much through trial and error, and support other fundraisers and development teams to achieve their greatest potential. By supporting people with our tested strategies and proven processes, we can help elevate important missions and ultimately help raise more money.
We have never loved the term "You're leaving money on the table" but it's happening. We can help build strong donor stewardship, engagement and intentional execution and give development shops the resources they need to raise more money.
