    Kaylee is a knowledgeable fundraising and events professional with over 10 years of experience in the nonprofit industry. With a track record of success in donor engagement, communication, and stewardship, Kaylee has honed her skills in executing annual fundraising plans, direct mail programs, and crafting compelling appeals that inspire giving.

    As a highly skilled event strategist and executor, Kaylee has planned events ranging from intimate gatherings of 100 people to large-scale affairs of 2,000 attendees. Whether it's an auction, luncheon, or fundraising dinner, Kaylee’s attention to detail, creativity, and passion for creating unforgettable experiences ensures that every event is a resounding success.

    Kaylee's work is more than just a job - it's a calling. Driven by a desire to make a direct, positive impact in her community, Kaylee is dedicated to leveraging her skills and expertise to help organizations achieve their fundraising goals and make a real difference in the lives of those they serve.

    Kaylee holds a BA in psychology from the University of Washington. In her free time, she enjoys tasting Washington wines and traveling to new places.

  • Sydney Jansen | Co-founder, Consultant

    Sydney is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising. With a certificate in nonprofit management from the University of Washington and a track record of success, Sydney has held every position in a development shop and is well-versed in all aspects of fundraising strategy and execution.

    Sydney joined Cornish College of the Arts as the Director of Advancement in August 2023. At Cornish, Sydney is working to build and grow the college’s fundraising program and team and help increase Cornish’s impact throughout the arts and higher education community in Seattle.

    Sydney has raised over $30,000,000 in her career. At Washington Policy Center, where Sydney was the Vice President of Development, she grew the organization's budget from $2.5 million to over $5 million in five years. During this time, Sydney took a team of 1.5 FTEs and built a robust development shop of 6 people, developed a major gift program that has raised over $15 million from over 250 members and has successfully ran the largest and most successful gala event of its kind in the country, gathering together over 2,500 people and raising over $1.8 million.

    Sydney is passionate about helping organizations achieve their missions and brings a unique perspective and valuable insights to any project. Sydney's strengths lie in major gifts, team management, and development, strategic planning, coaching and board development.

    Sydney graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Political Science and continues to give back to the community, working with students as a mentor in the schools Nonprofit Mentorship Program. In her free time, Sydney likes to spend time traveling, exploring new Seattle restaurants and taking walks with her English Lab.

    Tashina Kreilick, CFRE, has a proven track record of success in implementing fundraising strategies, fostering donor engagement, and team management.

    Tashina's passion for fundraising stems from her desire to make a positive impact in the world. She is committed to helping organizations raise the funds they need to make a difference in the lives of others.

    Tashina has extensive experience creating and managing direct mail programs, as well as developing event strategies and executing successful fundraising events. She is highly skilled in implementing systems and structures to optimize donor pipelines. She is adept at database management and optimization, and has developed a donor rating system to streamline donor engagement and maximize fundraising outcomes.

    Able to lead team towards achieving organizational goals, with focus on improving systems and processes. Successfully coordinated and executed in-person fundraising events and managed direct mail programs resulting in significant revenue growth.

    Tashina holds a BA in Business from the University of Puget Sound, as well as a Certificate of Fundraising Management from the University of Washington. Tashina is also a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) with a deep understanding of the fundraising landscape.
